how to eat jelly bellies

August 30, 2009

First, line up your color spectrum.

Next, eliminate exact duplicates of any flavors or colors.

Narrow your rainbow down to primary or secondary colors (eliminate your burgundys, funky yellows and neon greens).

I’m not sure why I chose these three finalists, but it just seemed good to me.

Save the prettiest color or most desired flavor for last, in this case watermelon.

This post is plagiarized from my 2006 self, who posted it on a small group blog back in the day.

Ooh, how did the sizzling cinnamon red/yellow one make the top 3? I will give it points for color…and at least it was joined by the yellow/brown banana-flavored one.

Gotta love jelly bellys! When did you ever eat a bag of jelly bellys (that’s right, a bag) and say, “My day just got worse!”

I’m assuming that as you “narrow” this down… the individual is supposed to eat the ones that get removed.

      Pronoun “you” should be “individual”

My shirts hang in my closet according to color order. The reason being, when I wake up, I choose my clothes by what color I feel like wearing that day.

Wow. I actually do those steps, except choosing the primary colors.
