come out and play

June 3, 2009

Since I am home sick today, let’s all play a game.

1. I’ll give the first word.

2. You give a synonym OR a rhyming word OR an anagram for my word. (For synonyms, let’s include certain types and broader categories, such as utensil and spoon, or orange and fruit.)

3. The next person gives a synonym or rhyme or anagram for your word.

4. And so on.

Here’s an example:

PENCIL
Utensil (rhyme)
Spoon (synonym)
Loon (rhyme)
Croon (rhyme)
Sing (synonym)

RELAX is the first word in our actual game, and also what I plan to do today.

Okay, GO!
