going out on a limerick

March 30, 2009

Tell me your name, and I’ll write you a limerick.

You can post it on your blog, make it into a bumper sticker, have it framed, tattoo it on your arm, or whatever you want to do, as long as you cite the source.

I reserve the right to institute a time limit (one week?), a limerick limit (twenty?), or forms of quitting yet to be determined.

Update

With 32 limericks under my belt, this limited time offer has officially expired.  If you still want a limerick, feel free to throw in your name. I’d love for other commentators to respond with their creative compositions!

Thanks for your participation, everyone. I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did!

      He fought his first alien

Scott’s legend in schools now is taught.
